ANALYSIS OF THE ETYMOLOGY, ORIGIN AND CULTURAL ROOTS OF THE IMAGES OF "DEV" AND "YALMOG'IZ"

This article is devoted to an in-depth study of the place of the images of “Dev” and “Yalmogiz” in Uzbek culture and literature. The goal is to analyze how these images are manifested not only in folklore and fairy tales, but also as an important element that develops reality, reflects moral and philosophical issues. During the analysis, aspects such as the etymology, cultural roots, depiction in literature, modern interpretation and comparative analysis of the images are considered. This article serves as a necessary source for the fields of literary studies and cultural studies.
