Today, there is a need to regulate relations related to groundwater. The task is to study its complex nature and re-examine methods of regulation. Pollution of groundwater, its unfitness for consumption, is a consequence of natural and human activities, which leads to environmental threats. Regulating relations related to it is a modern requirement.
