Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the status of the International Olympic Committee in international law based on the analysis of the provisions of the Olympic Charter. The article discusses the official status of the International Olympic Committee as a non-governmental organization registered on the basis of Swiss law, as well as international practice that gives reason to recognize the IOC as a subject of international law.
