MANAGEMENT COMPETENCE AS A FACTOR PROVIDING THE EFFICIENCY OF MANAGER’S ACTIVITY

The article is devoted to one of the current problems of modern management – the development of management competencies in management. At the same time, management competencies were analyzed as a factor ensuring the effectiveness of the management staff. The model of management competencies is also considered, the principles of delegation of powers are described in detail. Practical suggestions and recommendations on the formation of management competencies in the management staff were developed.
