This article examines the theoretical foundations and concepts of inheritance law, as well as the analysis of regulatory legal documents governing inheritance law in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It explores the resolution of inheritance disputes through judicial practice and provides proposals for improving the legal framework. The study employs legal analysis, a comparative approach, and examples from judicial practice as its methodology.
