This article explores the essence of the concept of ecological measure and examines its philosophical and scientific interpretations as provided by Hegel, Al-Biruni, and Ibn Sina. It analyzes the harmony of quality and quantity in nature and highlights ecological imbalances and crises that occur when natural norms are violated. The paper presents a comparative analysis between natural ecological standards of atmospheric, hydrospheric, and biospheric components and the actual indicators resulting from anthropogenic activity. Specific data are used to illustrate global environmental problems arising from deviations in ecological norms of elements such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, chlorine, ozone, freons, petroleum products, lead, and radiation levels.
