This article discusses the influence of moral ideals and existing values in society on the formation of personality. The question of what changes in the socio-economic formations of society can lead to changes in the morality of the individual was highlighted. The issue of moral ideals, their influence on society, and the formation of personality was studied. The importance of values and the necessity of choosing them correctly were shown. Moral ideals and their influence on members of society were studied.
