The article highlights the role of social justice as a factor in ensuring the well-being of peoples and societies, and the essence of this principle as a concept of primary importance in the period of reforms of the New Republic of Uzbekistan, and as a concept that should be given primary attention in ensuring the primacy of law in public administration.
