Abstract

This article defines the agglomeration economy and its modern approaches. Global and regional problems that need to be solved within the framework of the world agglomeration economy are identified. An approach to the development of industrial agglomerations in Uzbekistan is identified. The positive effects of creating the fundamental foundations of the agglomeration economy on regional development are identified. In addition, the article presents research on the possibilities of forming industrial agglomerations in regions and assessing their impact on economic development.
