Particular attention is paid to the influence of institutional factors, adaptability of business models and digital transformation on achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Based on the analysis of current problems of logistics (MTO), an original predictive planning cycle has been developed, ensuring the integration of ESG metrics, digital technologies and adaptation mechanisms into management processes.
