This article provides an in-depth analysis of the social and legal mechanisms used to combat corruption in modern society. It focuses on the development of anti-corruption culture, increased civic engagement, the role of mass media and the education system, as well as the significance of national and international legal frameworks. The article also includes proposals and recommendations based on best international practices.
