This article is dedicated to the scientific and legal analysis of the concept of digital services as an object of civil law relations. The article aims to explore the legal foundations of digital services, their role within the framework of civil law relations, and highlight issues related to digital services. It examines the development of digital technologies and their impact on civil law relations, as well as the regulation of digital services from a legal perspective through the analysis of doctrines and theories.
