The article analyzes Japan's experience in international cybersecurity cooperation and develops recommendations for lessons learned for Uzbekistan. The study focuses on the applicability of Japanese strategic approaches – institutionalization, cyber diplomacy, and capacity-building – within the context of Uzbekistan's digital transformation.
