This article analyzes the socio-philosophical factors that determine the processes of decline and progress of nations. While the rise and fall of states in history are linked to various external and internal causes, particular attention is paid to the role of spiritual values, social consciousness, moral principles, and political stability. Using a socio-philosophical approach, the study highlights the significance of human capital, cultural heritage, principles of justice, and governance systems in shaping national development.
