A MODEL FOR DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL-LEGAL COMPETENCIES OF STUDENTS IN TECHNICAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing professional-legal competencies among students of technical higher education institutions. It substantiates the need to enhance legal culture and to develop students’ practical skills in applying legal knowledge related to labor, authorship, technical safety, and intellectual property. The proposed model provides a step-by-step framework for fostering students’ professional-legal competencies through an integrative approach.
