The article analyzes the philosophical essence of human value and the evolution of consciousness in the process of forming a digital society. It examines the qualitative changes taking place in human consciousness under the influence of artificial intelligence, digital thinking, virtual reality, and the intensification of information flows, as well as their social and moral implications. The research results show that although digital transformation has shaped a new stage of human thinking, the value, responsibility, and spiritual foundations of human consciousness require continuous philosophical reevaluation.
