This article analyzes socio-philosophically the harmonious and stable influence of the neighborhood and family in the normalization of youth morality. The study reveals the transformation of traditional social institutions in modern society, the spiritual-spiritual factors in the formation of the moral self of the younger generation, as well as the dialectical connection between cultural heritage and global trends. The article is based on the role of the neighborhood and family not only in control and upbringing, but also in social solidarity, the continuous transfer of moral values, as well as the development of a person's sense of responsibility for his life. At the same time, the adaptation of young people to new moral criteria that have arisen under the influence of social networks and digital culture is also analyzed.
