This article analyzes the content, definitions, specific features of national traditions and the concepts of modernization, as well as philosophical approaches to them, such as conservatism, phenomenology, and postmodernism. Also, the dialectical nature of the contradictions between national traditions and modernization, such factors as politics, social order, and economic development in ensuring their harmony were analyzed, and some aspects of their connection with modernization, urbanization, technological progress, and globalization were studied.
