The article analyzes the importance of forming a work culture among young people and the obstacles that may be encountered in this process. The acquisition of work culture skills by young people is considered an important factor in increasing their social activity, ensuring their effective and responsible activities at work. Work culture is associated with a person's knowledge, personal qualities, creativity and initiative, and is the basis of human development not only economically, but also spiritually. The article emphasizes the importance of work culture and entrepreneurial skills in the conditions of a modern market economy, obstacles to the development of young people due to internal and external problems, as well as the need to introduce innovative systems to ensure their professional development.
