This article examines the legal regulation of the status of judges in the Republic of Uzbekistan and other countries. Particular attention is paid to the fundamentals of the legal status of judges as the bearer of judicial authority. The independence and immunity of judges as the executor of judicial authority reflect the fundamental principle of the entire judicial branch.
