Abstract

The article studies the spiritual and economic factors in the formation and development of the labor culture of young people. Labor culture and youth activity are emphasized as interrelated social processes, and their significance in the development of society is studied. The fact that the activation of the human factor is an important factor in the development of economic culture is considered, as well as the attitude of young people to labor and their impact on their professional qualifications. The article analyzes new methods of human resource management in production, including management theories, and methods of material and moral stimulation in the upbringing of the labor culture of young people.
