THE ROLE OF FOREIGN INVESTMENTS IN UZBEKISTAN’S INDUSTRIAL POLICY: AN ANALYSIS BASED ON INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION EXPERIENCE (A CASE STUDY OF KASHKADARYA REGION)

This article analyzes the role and significance of foreign investments in Uzbekistan’s industrial policy based on international cooperation experience. Using the case of the Kashkadarya region, the study examines the impact of foreign investments on industrial modernization, the introduction of new technologies, and the improvement of production efficiency. Drawing on global experience, the paper proposes practical recommendations for improving the investment climate and stimulating regional economic growth. The findings provide a scientific basis for enhancing Uzbekistan’s industrial policy, managing investment processes, and deepening international economic integration.
