METHODOLOGICAL AND FORECASTING TASKS OF SCIENTIFIC FORECASTING IN PUBLIC MANAGEMENT

This scientific article is devoted to the study of the methodological and prognostic functions of scientific forecasting in the system of public administration. The article emphasizes that scientific forecasting plays an important role in improving management processes by scientifically determining the future development of social, economic, and political processes in society. The issues of forming theoretical foundations with methodological tasks of scientific forecasting, developing models, as well as developing scenarios for the future with a prognostic task and preventing possible risks in the future were philosophically analyzed.
