This article analyzes the interrelation between legal culture and democracy from philosophical and social perspectives. Based on the experience of Athenian democracy, the reforms of Solon and Draco, and the ideas of Montesquieu, Plato, Aristotle, and Solovyov, the essence of the legal phenomenon is examined. The study explores objective and subjective forms of law, as well as the role of freedom and culture in shaping legal culture. The article demonstrates that the dialectical unity of law and culture, together with the philosophical foundations of democracy, plays a crucial role in the development of society.
