This article analyzes the issues of human rights and civil liability arising from the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and additive manufacturing (AM) technologies. The experiences of Uzbekistan and several Western countries are examined, along with the legislation and court practice of Central Asian and CIS states in this field. Based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed to safeguard individual rights and to improve liability mechanisms for harm caused by these emerging technologies.
