The article analyzes the need for the development of urbanization processes in the conditions of New Uzbekistan, its economic, social, spiritual and environmental aspects. At the same time, the philosophical aspects of urbanization are covered - human spirituality, collective solidarity, cultural values and harmony with the environment. The importance of the "smart city", innovative technologies, environmental sustainability and public participation in ensuring the effectiveness of urbanization is emphasized.
