Abstract

This article analyzes certain issues of renunciation of property rights as one of the grounds for termination of property rights. The article examines the legal nature of renunciation of property rights, its qualification as a unilateral transaction, and the requirements for its form. Special attention is paid to the difference between renunciation of movable and immovable property, as well as the moment of termination of property rights. The article substantiates that the termination of property rights as a result of renunciation requires a complex legal composition consisting of the owner's renunciation and the acquisition of property rights by another person.
