COOPERATIVE ACTIVITIES OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OFFENSES AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE

This article analyzes the role of the prosecutor's office in the prevention of offenses among young people, the theoretical and practical aspects of their interaction with other state bodies, law enforcement agencies, neighborhood, educational institutions, and public organizations. Also highlighted are the internal and external cooperation of the prosecutor's office, its role in protecting the rights, freedoms, and interests of youth, existing experience and conceptual approaches aimed at early crime prevention. The author substantiates the need to improve the regulatory framework in this area, strengthen cooperation mechanisms, and introduce new information systems. At the end of the article, the importance of harmonizing the activities of the prosecutor's office with the tasks defined in the "Development Strategy" is revealed.
