THE PRINCIPLE OF LEGALITY IN THE LAW-MAKING PROCESS

This article examines the essence and significance of the principle of legality in the law-making process, as well as its compliance with the legislation of Uzbekistan and international legal norms. The principle of legality ensures that the development, adoption, and implementation of legal norms are consistent with the Constitution and existing legislation. The article also analyzes the alignment of the law-making process with international treaties, presidential decrees, and parliamentary decisions.
