ISSUES OF AIR PROTECTION AND STRENGTHENING ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The article analyzes the issues of protecting atmospheric air and strengthening environmental control in Uzbekistan. The report indicates the main causes of air pollution - harmful substances emitted by industrial enterprises and motor vehicles, gaps in the current legislation and inefficiencies in the activities of control bodies. The author makes practical proposals for improving legislation, recognizing legal entities as subjects of administrative liability, unifying categories of environmental hazards, granting the authority to suspend activities only to the court, and making the use of dust and gas purification equipment mandatory. The article is aimed at improving the environmental situation and effectively implementing mechanisms for protecting atmospheric air by strengthening the implementation of laws.
