This article provides an in-depth analysis of the socio-philosophical aspects of local customs, traditions and rituals in Uzbek society. The introduction raises the issue of the balance between national values and traditions in the context of globalization. The article uses the following approaches - philosophical-analytical, historical-genetic, comparative and explanatory anthropological methods - synergistically and uses sources such as Bahodir Sarimsakov, Mahmud Sattor, Adham Ashirov, Usmon Khosil, as well as Rtveladze as information. Customs, as a system of social norms, add an "informal norm" to the actions of society. Customs and rituals serve as a meaning that ensures cultural and spiritual stability.
