This scientific article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the essence of corruption-related crimes, their legal nature, mechanisms of commission, and the new forms emerging in modern conditions. Therefore, the research provides an in-depth analysis of the classification of corruption offenses, the factors that give rise to them, corruption risks, and their structural features. The author compares national legislation with international standards and substantiates the organizational and legal measures necessary to increase the effectiveness of preventing, detecting, and combating such crimes.
