ALIGNING UZBEKISTAN'S PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW WITH WTO PRINCIPLES: THE ROLE OF CHOICE OF LAW IN GATS IMPLEMENTATION

This article analyzes the enhancement of private international law rules within the context of Uzbekistan’s WTO accession. To foster trade in services and ensure full compliance with GATS requirements, it proposes modernizing the Civil Code based on the 2015 Hague Principles.
