RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF OFFENSES PREVENTION AMONG STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article provides a retrospective analysis of the historical development of crime prevention among students of higher educational institutions. The evolution from ancient times to the conditions of New Uzbekistan has been studied. The stages of combating (punishing) the consequences of offenses to their prevention and modern reforms are described. Based on the research results, a number of proposals and recommendations have been developed.
