IBN SINA’S CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL DOCTRINE

Abu Ali ibn Sina, a great encyclopedist who made a great contribution to the development of philosophy, medicine, law and politics of the Eastern Renaissance period. This article is devoted to Ibn Sinoni’s views on the emergence of the state and law, social justice and the rule of law, the guarantee of personal and socio-economic rights of a person by the state, and his legal conceptual ideas are analyzed on the basis of his scientific works.
