This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the role and significance of spiritual and educational activities in the personnel policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their impact on the functioning of the system of internal affairs bodies. The study examines the importance of spiritual and educational work in shaping professional training, moral and ethical qualities, legal awareness, and professional culture of internal affairs officers. Particular attention is paid to strengthening service discipline, fostering intolerance toward corruption, and enhancing patriotism and professional responsibility among personnel. Based on an analysis of current legal regulations and ongoing reforms, the article presents scholarly conclusions and practical recommendations aimed at improving the personnel management system within internal affairs bodies.
