In the current global economic context, labor migration significantly affects labor relations in Uzbekistan. This article analyzes migration trends from 2021 to 2025, the number of migrants, currency inflows, and the social and legal impacts of migration processes. The research is based on national and international sources and aligns with state policy reforms aimed at regulating labor relations and improving employment efficiency.
