In this work, the peculiarities of raising human value in the system of trade unions are analyzed from a philosophical and socio-political point of view. Through the work of trade unions, the issues of protecting the rights and interests of the working person, ensuring social justice, improving working conditions and raising the dignity of the individual are highlighted. The role of trade unions in the decision-making of collective bargaining, social partnerships, legal guarantees and spiritual and moral values is also revealed. In the context of existing reforms, the manifestation of trade unions as an effective institution of ensuring human value is scientifically substantiated.
