THE SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL MODEL OF THE MORAL IMAGE OF LEADERSHIP PERSONNEL

This article examines the socio-philosophical model of the moral image of leadership personnel in the context of contemporary society. Leadership is interpreted not merely as a set of managerial and organizational competencies, but as a social phenomenon grounded in moral responsibility, ethical norms, and public trust. Particular attention is paid to the impact of digital transformation and technologically mediated governance on the moral image of leaders. The study argues that the moral image of leadership personnel is not simply a collection of individual moral traits, but a complex model formed through the interaction of social consciousness, institutional structures, and technological factors.
