This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the harmonious development of the constitutional justice system in alignment with modern scientific approaches. Constitutional review is considered as a fundamental pillar of the mechanism of a democratic state governed by the rule of law, and its effectiveness is substantiated as being closely interconnected with science, education, and the broader intellectual environment.
Within the framework of the conference materials, proposals are put forward to establish a constitutionalism school, introduce a specialized Master's program in constitutional law, organize dedicated training modules at the Academy of Justice, promote constitutional thinking among youth, and create a research center under the Constitutional Court.
