ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AS AN ADVISORY MEMBER OF SUPERVISORY BOARDS IN STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES: A LEGAL ANALYSIS

The article analyzes the legal aspects of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) as an advisory member of supervisory boards in state-owned enterprises of Uzbekistan. The study examines the existing regulatory framework, fiduciary duties of supervisory board members, as well as the risks and opportunities related to the use of AI systems. A comparative legal analysis of international practices in the European Union, the United States, Singapore, the UAE, and Hong Kong is conducted, followed by recommendations for improving national corporate governance regulation.
