This article examines contemporary migration processes between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Turkey in the context of socio-economic development and bilateral cooperation. It analyzes the main factors determining migration flows, their demographic characteristics, and dynamics. Particular attention is paid to labor migration, social adaptation, legal protection of migrants, and their integration into the host society. The study also explores the impact of migration on the labor market, employment levels, transnational connections, and humanitarian interaction between the two countries. Based on the identified challenges, the article proposes directions for improving migration policy, including strengthening institutional cooperation, expanding educational programs, and enhancing legal regulatory mechanisms. The findings suggest that effective migration governance can transform migration processes into a significant factor of sustainable development and strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Turkey.
