The article examines the objective and subjective elements of the offense stipulated in Article 176 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning the counterfeiting and circulation of currency, securities, and excise stamps. Through normative legal analysis, the study identifies its social danger and proposes recommendations for improving law enforcement practice.
