This article provides a comparative legal analysis of foreign models for ensuring the implementation of normative legal acts. Based on the experience of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Armenia, and the Kyrgyz Republic, the study examines institutional mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of presidential and governmental acts, issues of executive discipline, monitoring procedures, and accountability of officials. Particular attention is paid to the role of enforcement control in the realization of state legal policy. The research formulates conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving national practice in ensuring the effective implementation of normative legal acts. The article addresses issues of strengthening the rule of law and enhancing the efficiency of public administration.
