THE VALUES FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL OF THE NATION

This article analyzes the factor of values in the development of national intellectual potential. It is based on the need to form education, science, science, and intellectual ecosystems as values in society, to educate moral qualities such as curiosity, creativity, freedom, honesty, endurance, responsibility, and commitment to lifelong learning in every learner and scientific researcher. It is shown that such values are propagated in the family, educational institutions, scientific institutions, labor teams and public organizations, and intellectuals and intellectual elite are responsible for the formation of these values.
