Abstract

This article extensively covers national values, educational processes, social solidarity, spiritual and educational activities implemented at the mahalla institute, the main sources for raising children's morals, local traditions, social assistance provided by the mahalla, education of children from needy families by local activists, and opinions and comments on customs.
