In this article, the constitutional and legal content of the concept of "healthcare" is analyzed based on a comprehensive approach. Healthcare is considered one of the natural and inalienable human rights and an important component of the concept of a social state. The author reveals the theoretical and legal foundations of this right, its constitutional nature, its features as a subjective right, and the relationship between the positive obligations of the state.
