THE IMPACT OF THE COGNITIVE-INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON YOUTH CREATIVITY AND INITIATIVE

This article examines the transformation of young people's creative abilities and innovative initiative under the influence of the cognitive-information environment shaped by artificial intelligence technologies. The author considers artificial intelligence not only as a tool, but also as an active component of the environment that transforms the structure of thinking, the nature of cognitive activity, and the motivational orientations of youth. Based on the analysis of contemporary research and philosophical and psychological approaches, two opposing vectors of influence are identified: on the one hand, artificial intelligence expands cognitive horizons, removes traditional limitations, and stimulates combinatorial creativity; on the other hand, there is a risk of "cognitive dependence," the atrophy of self-determination skills, and a decline in genuine initiative. The article substantiates the need to develop a new pedagogical paradigm aimed at enhancing metacognitive competencies and preserving the subjectivity of young individuals in interaction with artificial intelligence.
