This article analyzes the theoretical and legal foundations of offenses related to the illegal transportation
of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products across the customs border. The study also examines
the causes of such violations, their socio-economic risks, and the legal norms regulating liability for these offenses.
