In the Republic of Uzbekistan, the procedure for conducting cases of administrative offenses in electronic form through a unified electronic system of administrative offenses has been introduced. The article presents the problems that arise in practice in the conduct of proceedings on cases of administrative offenses in a simplified manner and proposals for their elimination.
